Between 1985 and 1989, Bernhard Eder transformed the old farmhouse near Rosenau Castle into a real, fantastic sculpture in which he lived and worked.

After Bernhard Eder moved to Provence in 1991, René Prinz bought the courtyard that Eder had sculpted with his hands in 1787 and transferred the planning of the roof extension to the Viennese architect Reinhardt Gallister, who later was responsible for the renovation of the Spanish Riding School and the University of Music and Performing Arts.

As a detached house for those looking for peace and quiet in the Waldviertel near Rosenau Castle, the farm is well suited for two to ten adults as an oasis of calm for families and friends.
